Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and that you may wish to cancel or withdraw from your purchase. At Harbour Weston, we make this process as easy and transparent as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by email before the withdrawal period expires. Please contact us at support@harbourweston.com and include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, you can do so by exercising your right of withdrawal. Follow the steps in our [Return & Refund Policy]. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue your refund in accordance with our return terms.

4. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is refused upon delivery or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, it will be treated as a withdrawal.

Any return shipping costs associated with refused or undelivered parcels may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Customised or Final Sale Items

Please note that customised, made-to-order, or final sale items cannot be cancelled or withdrawn from once the order is confirmed, as they are produced or prepared specifically for you.

6. Refunds After Cancellation or Withdrawal

Refunds for cancelled or withdrawn orders (when eligible) are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once the withdrawal is confirmed and the returned item is received, refunds are usually processed within 1–2 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take up to 5 business days to display the amount.
